This Return Policy explains how to return items purchased from S.P.P. PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED (trading as Sppph) on sppph.shop. For details on how money is returned to you, please also see our Refund Policy.
1. Return window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unopened and in their original, unused condition.
2. Item condition requirements
To be accepted for return, items must be:
- Unopened, unused and undamaged.
- In their original packaging with all parts, inserts and accessories included.
- Free from signs of assembly, wear or modification.
Items returned in a condition that prevents resale may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
3. How to start a return (RMA process)
- Email support@sppph.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) along with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RMA reference.
- Ship the item to the return address provided. Please do not send items back without an RMA, as we may be unable to process them.
4. Return shipping costs
- Change of mind: you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Our error, damaged or faulty items: we cover the cost of return shipping and will arrange a return label or reimburse reasonable postage.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
5. Return address
Returns should be sent to the address provided with your RMA. Unless we instruct otherwise, our return address is:

Please always include your RMA reference so we can match the return to your order.
6. Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the quickest way is to return the original item for a refund (once eligible) and place a new order. If you would prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we will help where possible.
7. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where needed.
