Shipping & Delivery

How long orders take, what shipping costs, where we ship, and how tracking works.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how S.P.P. PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED (trading as Sppph) processes and delivers orders placed on sppph.shop. All shipping charges are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).

1. Order processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

2. Delivery estimates by region

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • Europe (EU): 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays or factors outside our control.

3. Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on all orders of $50 USD or more.
  • A flat shipping rate of $6.95 USD applies to orders below $50 USD.

The exact shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

4. Where we ship

We ship worldwide to most countries. Occasionally we may be unable to ship to certain destinations due to carrier limitations, local import restrictions or sanctions. If we cannot ship to your location, we will let you know and issue a full refund. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, contact us at support@sppph.shop before ordering.

5. Customs, duties & import taxes

Prices on sppph.shop do not include any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply when your order enters its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by your local customs authority. We are unable to predict or control these costs.

6. Order tracking

Where tracking is available, we will email you a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

7. Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sppph.shop with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. For damaged items, please also see our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
