These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sppph.shop and any purchase you make from S.P.P. PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED (trading as Sppph, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

sppph.shop is operated by S.P.P. PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 04593284, with its registered office at Suite 20, Haldon House, Brettell Lane, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 3LQ, United Kingdom. 2. Formation of contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. Your order is accepted, and a binding contract is formed, only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.

3. Prices & currency

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and shown to you at checkout, before you confirm payment, so the total amount is clear before you pay. If you are ordering from outside the United States, your card issuer or bank may apply a currency-conversion fee, which is outside our control.

4. Payment & authorisation

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorise us (through our payment providers) to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method. We do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery & transfer of risk

We aim to dispatch and deliver your order within the timeframes set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you supplied.

6. Returns & refunds

Your rights to return goods and obtain a refund are set out in our Refund Policy and Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Products

We sell desktop and office organizers made from acrylic, steel, aluminium and wood. We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including materials, dimensions and contents. Colours may vary slightly due to your screen settings. We do not sell gas, pressurised or electrically heated components.

8. Intellectual property

All content on sppph.shop, including text, images, logos, product designs and branding, is owned by or licensed to S.P.P. PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with their operation.
• Introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt the security of our store.
• Use our content or trademarks without authorisation.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any mandatory rights you may have under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or applicable EU consumer protection law.
